100% chenin blanc
Light straw yellow. Aromas of white and tropical fruits such as pear and pineapple. The wine has a medium body with a good acidity balance and good aftertaste.
Soil:
a 14 year old vineyard on loay land with an east/west direction and perfect exposure for maturation.
Harvest:
the development of the grapes is carefully monitored. The grapes are not picked at optimum ripe (usually around the 3rd week of february). The harvest takes place at night with machines.
