SHIPPING POLICY

We do our best to make sure you receive your beautiful african products as soon as possbile after your order. Once your shipment have been processed you will receive an email with a tracking number, from this moment forward you will be able to track your parcel till it reaches your hands and you are able to enjoy your purchase.

 

All our prices excludes shipment unless otherwise stated in the product biography.

 

Shipment rates will be displayed at check out once you have entered your address.

 

Please note that van wyk en ploum vof is not liable for any taxes to be paid by customs, this will be for customers own responsibility.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY & REFUNDS

Any return items must be returned back to van wyk & ploum vof within 14 days from the date your packaged is delivered from van wyk en ploum vof. Any return shipping costs are for the customers own account.

 

Drop shipment products can only be returned due to sizing or manufacturing errors. Any custom made or one of a kind products are non refundable.

 

Any custom made, goodwill items and donations, sale items as well as any food and beverage products are non returnable products.

 

Starting the process for your return, please send an email to info@uitafrika.nl with your order number, product and images if your product is defective.

When returning a product, we advise all products to be shipped with a track and trace to ensure your parcel delivers to us. Van wyk en ploum vof can not be held accountable if your product gets lost in the mail or is not delivered to us.

 

Refunds are only applicable if your product have been effected by a manufacturing error. Shipping costs are non refundable. In the event of a refund, initial shipping are non refundable and will be deducted off the refunded amount.

 

Once your product is received we will contact you via email after the products have been inspected and reviewed. In the email we will give further information towards the return or refund of the product. In this email we will also notify you if your request has been approved or denied.

 

The general process of exchanges will be around 3-5 business days for general products and 5-10 business days on drop shipment and made-to-order products. Depending on where you live, will determine how long your exchanged product will take to reach your front door.

 

Refunded amounts will in general reflect within 5-14 business days. In the event that the money has not been cleared in your account after 14 working days, please contact your bank to see if the payment has been received and is just waiting on being cleared. Once this has been done, please send us an email, then we will be able to investigate further.

 

If your products have been marked as a gift. A gift card to the amount of your refunded product will be sent to you via mail.
