Our world evolves mostly around metis, a tiny village tucked away in the lush green hills of romania. Noetsj is a world of wool. Everything in this world in a nutshell is about love for pure wool and respect for craftsmanship. Animal friendly shaven, rough wool is washed outside, without any chemicals. Then we feed to wool to our ‘wolfs beak’, a beautiful antique carding machine, that combs the wool. When we add colour, we do so outside in large kettles on woodfire. We dye the wool only with natural materials. We felt, spin, weave and knit, for interior design, art and fashion.
